Our Sun-Ripened Mango Vinegar is a lighter, fresher Mediterranean-style fruit vinegar made by fusing high-quality Greek dry white wine vinegar, grape must and whole crushed mango fruit. Drizzle over salads, greens, seafood or grilled chicken. Splash into cocktails, sparkling water or iced tea. Try it over fruit, yogurt, sorbet or desserts for a sunny tropical finish.
