Bright lemon & herb flavor, with notes of garlic

Inspired by classic Milanese cooking, this vibrant oil stays true to tradition—fresh parsley layered with bright lemon zest and a hint of garlic. A natural partner for Osso Buco, and beautiful with risotto or northern Italian pastas. Also shines in Greek-style dressings and is excellent with shrimp, grilled vegetables, whole fish, or lamb kabobs.


Serving suggestions:​

  • Add to couscous, rice, and pasta
  • Drizzle over grilled veggies
  • Brush on any seafood or poultry after baking or grilling
  • Drizzle over osso bucco, veal, or other slow-braised dishes for a zip of flavor
