Reservation Deposit
A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward the final balance. Payment may be made by check or credit card, and we are happy to process credit card payments by phone. Final Guest Count The final guest count is due 10 days before the event. This confirmed number will be used for staffing, food preparation, and final billing. Last-Minute Changes We understand that occasional changes happen and will make reasonable adjustments whenever possible. Significant reductions after the final headcount may still be billed based on the confirmed number of guests. Additional guests may be accommodated only with advance approval and subject to available space. Final Payment The remaining balance is due by cash or credit card on the day of the event. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. When sufficient notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred one time to another available date. Cancellations made close to the event date may result in the loss of the deposit and may require payment for expenses already incurred. Dietary Accommodations Gluten-free accommodations are available with advance notice. Because our classes are prepared in a shared kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee accommodation for all food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please discuss any concerns with us before booking. Minimum Attendance Private events are subject to the stated minimum guest count. Groups with fewer guests may still book by paying the minimum event charge. Alcohol Classes are BYOB for guests age 21 and older. Please enjoy responsibly. Timing Events begin at the scheduled time. We recommend that guests arrive 10–15 minutes early so the program can begin promptly. Menus and featured dishes are subject to seasonal availability and may occasionally be adjusted while maintaining the overall theme and value of the experience. |
Advance RegistrationPlease register at least 24 hours before class. Our classes require advance shopping, ingredient preparation, and recipe planning, so same-day registration may not be available.
Guests who call the morning of a class are welcome to check for availability, but we may not be able to accommodate additional registrations. Payment Advance registration and payment are required for all classes. Class registrations are non-refundable. Cancellations When cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled class, the amount paid may be issued as a class credit for a future daytime class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or class credit. Reservations may be transferred to another guest at no additional charge. Class credits & refunds Class credits must be used within six months of the original class date and are subject to availability. If the price of the new class is higher, the guest is responsible for the difference. Any unused balance will not be refunded. If Hilton Head Olive Oils & Balsamics cancels a class, registered guests may choose a full refund or a credit toward another class. Menus and Dietary Accommodations Menus and featured recipes are subject to change based on ingredient and seasonal availability. Gluten-free accommodations may be available with advance notice. Because food is prepared in a shared environment, we cannot guarantee that any class will be free of allergens or accommodate every allergy or dietary restriction. Please contact us before registering with questions. Minimum Enrollment Classes require a minimum number of registered guests. When minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled. Guests will be notified and offered either a full refund or a class credit. Alcohol Classes are BYOB for guests age 21 and older. Please enjoy responsibly. |
