Each Global Table evening explores the flavors and traditions of a selected destination through
4–5 shareable dishes, paired with exceptional extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamics.
Along the way, guests will taste the featured oils and balsamics, learn why the pairings work,
and discover simple ways to bring these flavors into their own kitchens.
Menus are planned around seasonality and the selected experience. Gluten-free accommodations
are available with advance notice; however, we may not be able to accommodate all food allergies
or dietary restrictions. Please discuss any needs with us before booking.

Guests will learn the fundamentals of working with a sourdough starter, mixing and handling dough, shaping a loaf,

at home.
Each guest will leave with recipes, helpful guidance, and greater confidence to begin—or improve--
their own sourdough journey.

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the final balance. Final guest count is due 10 days before the event. The confirmed guest count will be used for planning, food preparation, and final billing. Remaining payment is due by cash or credit card on the day of the event.
