Can't make it to one of our classes? We will be happy to schedule a private class or tasting for up to 8 students during store hours, or up to 20 participants for one of our fun and fabulous evening events.

By far, our most popular group event is our Salad Dressing 101 class with our very own Salad Sisters, Suzanne and Vicki. This class is not just about mixing together oil and vinegar! You will learn how olive oils and balsamics are made (and what makes ours so unique), taste the nuances in their flavors, learn about pairing flavors, master the basics of making healthy, delicious (and easy!) dressings, taste our recipes for the week, take home a recipe booklet...plus enjoy in-store savings. Evening classes feature an appetizer, our fantastic salad bar, plus one of our yummy signature cocktails made with a fruity balsamic.

For those who have already enjoyed Salad Dressing 101, other classes we offer are: Mediterranean Dips, Balsamic Bartending, Healthy Holiday Appetizers, Thanksgiving Side Dishes, Summer Picnic Salads and Some like it HOT!! (for those whole love it spicy!).
