This is a beautiful E.V.O.O. to use for all green veggies. Drizzle on broccoli before cooking, or sauté asparagus and walnuts with it. Use Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil when baking cakes (try it in your chocolate cake recipe!) and cookies. It’s a wonderful oil for chicken, fish and pork. Try it for bread dipping too. Great for all of your salads and for adding a dash of "What's that flavor ? “ to your dishes.
