​We are a locally-owned family business specializing in providing a unique gourmet experience...from our family to yours!  We curate and bottle (daily!) the world's best extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from the finest regions of Italy, Spain and Greece.  

From Our Family To Yours...

Hilton Head Olive Oils & Balsamics has been selling premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars in The Village at Wexford for the last decade. We have operated under different names (The Oilerie) and in different locations around The Village at Wexford, but are thrilled to announce we have built out and found our permanent storefront in the center.  We love it!  We opened our new doors at Suite F6 in December of 2022 and are thrilled with how everything turned out...we have added so much square footage and filled it with even more carefully curated oils and vinegars, along with some truly excellent gourmet food & drink items along with thoughtful gifts and serving pieces.
We still carry all of our customer's favorites, as well as exciting, new flavors like Peach Bourbon White Balsamic (a fan favorite!), Vidalia Onion White Balsamic, our delicious line of fruit Pureevino's, plus, Maple balsamic and Coffee balsamic, just in time for sweater weather.

We so look forward to seeing you in the new store. We do sampling and tastings all day, every day, where we highlight special recipes featuring our olive oils, balsamics, and other specialty food products from the low country and beyond. And we will be sharing more recipes here each week, and on our social media pages.

Our Balsamics

 Our balsamics are produced in Modena,  Italy with aged Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes following the strict production traditions and principles of Modena.

Our Olive Oils

From Greece, Italy & Spain

Our growers’ olives are always harvested early, starting in October. The young green unripe fruit is handpicked and placed in bins rather than bags to protect its quality.  The oil is extracted at a low temperature (often called “cold pressing”) usually less than 4 hours after picking. The careful harvest & transportation, immediately followed by the unusually prompt oil production, make our extra virgin olive oil greener and higher in antioxidants, maximizing the high polyphenol content—so that it offers more health benefits and flavor.
